10.Cancellation after an Order Placement

We ask our Users to read the details in the "Return, Exchange and Cancellation".

11.Defective Product(s)

In case the delivered products(s) is defective, Our Company shall be able to redeliver a replacement product(s) or proceed with a refund of the cost to the Users, including the cost of the product(s), in the way specified by Our Company.

The product(s) that applies to the conditions prescribed in "About Returning/ Exchanging Service" is considered defective.

We ask our Users to read the details in the "Agreement for Using Private Import".

12.Retuning Product(s) & Refund

Only when Our Company is informed in advance by a User within 8 days after a product(s) is received and when Our Company accepts the product(s) to be returnable/exchangeable, the refund or exchange of the product(s) can be possible.

In case a User receives a product(s) different from what the User ordered due to Our Company's error at the time of the order processing, or in case the product(s) is defective, the product(s) can be exchanged or returned. Our Company shall redeliver the replacement product(s) or proceed with a refund of the cost to the User, including the cost of the product(s), in the way specified by Our Company.

When Our Company acknowledges that a refund should be made to a User, including a case when the ordered product(s) is out of stock after the order placement was completed and is no longer available for purchase, Our Company shall reimburse to the User the cost of the product(s) that could not be purchased as it was out of stock.

The amount of the refund shall be according to what is prescribed in the "About Returning/Exchanging Product(s)".

We ask our Users to read the details in the "Agreement for Using Private Import".

13.Deadline for Returning the Delivered Product(s)

In case the delivered product(s) is defective, or it is different from what was ordered, we ask our Users to inform Our Company within 8 days after the product(s) is received.

Our Company shall redeliver the replacement product(s) or proceed with a refund of the cost to the User, including the cost of the product(s), in the way specified by Our Company.

Our Company shall not proceed with return or exchange of the delivered product(s) if more than 8 days have passed after the product(s) was delivered.

We ask our Users to read the details in the "Agreement for Using Private Import".

14.Cost of Return Delivery Fee

Only when the delivered product(s) is defective or different from what was ordered by a User, Our Company shall cover a round-trip delivery fees, including the return and redelivery fees.

15.About delivery
The delivery method and delivery time will vary according to the ordered products and the way Users make payments. We ask the Users to read the details in "Distribution & Delivery".

16.Payment Method

The Users shall make payments by using their credit cards.
