Membership Terms

These Terms and Conditions set forth the conditions of use for the membership system of Assist Wig Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as "this Site"), operated by NII Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

1. Membership registration shall be carried out using an email address or social login (LINE account, Facebook account, or Google account).
2. Duplicate registrations using the same email address are not permitted.
3. Membership is established once registration is completed and approved by the Company.

1. Members can view and update their registered information through My Page.
2. Members are entitled to receive benefits such as being awarded "points" when purchasing products.
3. Non-members are required to enter their information for each order.

1. Members shall manage their login ID and password at their own responsibility.
2. Transfer, lending, or use by third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use or other similar circumstances.

The Company may revoke a member’s membership without prior notice if any of the following applies:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Delay or failure in payment of fees, etc.
• Unauthorized use of ID or password
• False information provided in registration
• Inability to contact the member for an extended period
• Any other case where the Company deems the member inappropriate

Members’ personal information shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately established by the Company.

Members must not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the Company’s operations
• Acts that infringe upon the rights of other members or third parties
• Providing false information
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

All content on this Site, including text, images, videos, product information, and logos, belongs to the Company, and any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Damages incurred by members due to suspension, interruption, or delay of services
• Damages caused by unauthorized access or other actions by third parties
• Damages arising from reasons not attributable to the Company

The Company reserves the right to change or suspend the services and these Terms without prior notice to members.

Notifications from the Company to members shall be made through postings on this Site, delivery to the registered email address, display on My Page, or other appropriate methods.

Members shall not transfer or lend their membership or any rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior consent of the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.

• Members may voluntarily withdraw by following the steps below:
  1. Log in to My Page
  2. Click "Help" in the menu
  3. Click "Go to Withdrawal Page" under "About Withdrawal"
  4. Review the details and click "Execute Withdrawal" to complete the process
• Once withdrawn, member information cannot be restored. If you wish to use the service again, you must register as a new member.

• Members will be awarded points equivalent to 1% of the purchase amount (excluding shipping fees, handling charges, and points used).
• 1 point = 1 yen, which can be used for future purchases.
• Some products are not eligible. Points can also be awarded by presenting the membership card at physical stores.
• Points may also be awarded through events or campaigns.

• The validity period of points shall be one year from the date of the last purchase.
• If another purchase is made within the validity period, the expiration date will be extended by one year from that date.
• All points will expire one year after the last purchase date.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
• All points will become invalid upon withdrawal or revocation of membership.
